It’s about the journey, not the destination

What started with architectural engineering studies more than 15 years ago led me to industrial product and service design and onwards to the world of digital. A journey across agencies, consultancies and in-house within large organisations, which continues today – fuelled by curiosity and passion to drive change and create good design all around.

    Working closely together with Product Leads, enterprise architects and delivery teams to define end-to-end and front-to-back experiences; creating service blueprints to enable cross-squad alignment and collaboration.

    In parallel to delivery-related work, I actively participated in the development of Service Design capabilities within the organisation, including service design patterns and design systems.

  • Working in the Special Projects team within Studio A, the in-house digital marketing agency of adidas. The Special Projects team spearheads change management programmes and ways of working within Studio A and beyond. It focuses on three key areas: Data & platforms, Knowledge management, and Processes & modelling.

    During my time in Studio A, I had the chance to be involved in all areas. Key responsibilities included: scoping and designing internal platforms, mapping services and processes, auditing and organising information across knowledge management platforms, user research, assessment of platform vendors, requirements gathering for new platforms, and more.
